Orders accepted by email or telephone
Telephone is still the preferred method of most customers.We can
be contacted between 8.30am and 7.30pm
and an answering machines is in operation outside of these times.
We will normally return answer machine messages, including overseas
calls, within 1 hour or a least the same day
Quotes :- You can contact us with the number and title of the
books
and country / destination and we will confirm delivery and total
costs by return.
Unless stated we will quote Full air options for all overseas
orders.
We have a mail order
merchant account ( established for 20 years ) and can accept card
details by telephone.
*Please note our fax machine is a secure fixed line machine not
connected to any computer.
PAYPAL - We can accept payments via
our PayPal merchant account.
Payments can now be made via Pay Pal without opening an account.
If you would like to pay via this method please request an invoice
from us
including shipping. We will provide a detailed Pay Pal invoice
with shipping options for any items
in stock along with the details of our PayPal account for making
payment.
We offer low cost full air shipping options for overseas orders.
There will be no surcharge for using PayPal for payments.

Our retail premises " The
Last Resort " is open to callers and has a large display
of our book and catalogue stock along with a small range of 18th
to 20th century ceramics for sale.
